FULL VIEW PLEASE! it looks a lot better.
Once upon a time, there was a reason why there was an angel statue between the blood-thirsty-looking fairy's swords. But that meaning has been forever lost because the artist met a horrible fate involving a sharp pencil, a rubberband, swiss cheese, and a pickle jar. Unfortunatly, none of today's writers have been able to come up with just -what- that accident was.
Ah, well
has a birthday on Sunday, and I'll put this up a bit early, as the physical present he will be recieving will be rather late....
It's his character, Makashi. I've been promising for a while now to draw him, and this is what I came up with, but it looks a bit too...well, evil. But, hey, I tried.
Time taken: Four periods of math, on and off (Roughly 2 and a half hours because I tried to be a perfectionist for once.)
He's in a graveyard because someone told me to put him there, end of story.
He had bug wings, ok? Not butterfly wings. He's a male fairy, and he has fuggin bug wings.
And the really dark splotches on him are blood and wounds and stuff. Got into a fight with something perhaps? Lord knows that you can hardly see the blood I tried to draw on the sword.
No where near accurate. Background's just weird, looks like he's pasted on, and it's not that accurate to details. Baised loosly off of a drawing from a long while ago.
But, I won't degrade what I drew any more than this, and I'll let you see whatever ya see.

OMGWTFBBQ I have not been on DA in, like, EVER. Wow. Oh, hey, I remember this! To the person who said "keep the paper cleaner" that's mostly my fault. She had this fence in the background and I didn't like the angles of it so I made her erase the fence and put in hills. Which was my vision in the first place, but still.
And Ri, now that the shading and everything's done and you have the veins in, they don't look like angel wings. Mecha wings with the wires exposed, maybe...
